Hi there and a huge welcome to my website. I’m Jenny and I am an L&D Consultant on a mission to help, guide and support Managers and Leaders of all levels to really step up and into their power so that they can start to lead with courage, bravery, confidence and integrity.
When clients come to me, the problems and challenges they are experiencing is often disguised as something else and when we dig deeper, you can pretty much guarantee that at the root of it ALL is ineffective communication and the inability to have those really direct, impactful and highly effective, quality conversations.

Jenny is a highly skilled and experienced L&D Consultant, Corporate Trainer, Business Coach and NLP Practitioner with 22 years of experience working in the private, public and charitable sectors including the NHS, Health & Social Care, Civil Service, Digital & Creative Marketing, Events Management, Sales, Engineering, Marine, Transport, Electrical and more recently the TV, film and theatre industry.
Jenny is a Leadership, Conflict and Communications expert, specialising in helping leaders of all levels to get comfortable with having those challenging and uncomfortable conversations and to lead with bravery, courage, confidence and integrity. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has a long track record of delivering high performance Training and Coaching, achieving outstanding transformational results.
Jenny also has several years HR experience which she regularly uses to support clients in Employee Relation matters. Jenny is a qualified NLP Practitioner, Trained Mediator, IEMT Practitioner and Trainee Clean Language and Clean Space Practitioner.
